Amaell Group LLC provides B2B professional services based on proposals, agreements, invoices, or written confirmation.
Because many services are customized and time-based, refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the agreed scope.
General policy
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, the client may not be charged unless otherwise agreed.
- If work has already started, the client may be responsible for completed work, committed time, third-party costs, and non-cancellable expenses.
- Paid invoices for completed services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Recurring services may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in the relevant agreement or invoice.
- If no specific cancellation term is stated, clients should contact Amaell Group LLC at least 30 days before the next billing period.
Billing concerns
If there is a billing, payment, invoice, refund, or cancellation concern, clients should contact finance@amaell.com so the matter can be reviewed.
